Played Safety in 10 games (started last 3 games) as a
freshman (2003). Had 16 tackles and 1 pass break up.
- In 2004, he played 11 games as a reserve free safety
and special teams player.
- Started all 11 games at Cornerback in 2005. Had 35
tackles (32 solo), 3 Int's and 8 pass break ups.
- As a senior (2006), he recorded 48 tackles (32 solo),
had 4 Int's with 128 return yards and 2 TD's along with 9
break ups.
- On 9/22/06, he earned Conference USA defensive
player of the week honors after leading the Pirates with
a career-high eight tackles, seven solo stops and a 77-
yard interception return for a touchdown in the fourth
quarter.
