M&S All Sports Management, Inc. is owned and operated by attorneys, Lyle B. Masnikoff, and Scott J.
Sternberg.  We have three offices in Florida (West Palm Beach, Orlando, and Boca Raton).  Mr. Masnikoff is  
certified as an Agent Advisor by the NFLPA and CFLPA.  At the current time, we represent athletes in the
NFL, CFL, AAFL and Arena football leagues.  We have undergone extensive background checks with the
State of Florida, NFLPA, and CFLPA.  We also represent minor league baseball players, basketball players,
and golfers.

Based on our education and experiences, M&S All Sports Management, Inc. is prepared to negotiate all types
of player or endorsement contracts.  We are also prepared to proceed with arbitrations or hearings against
Sports Clubs.    

We have been practicing law in the State of Florida since 1998.  After working together for five years, we
started the law firm of Masnikoff & Sternberg, P.A. in 2004.  We have four full-time attorneys and a staff of
ten, including an accountant.  Our staff is multi-lingual in Spanish, Creole, French, and Portuguese.  
Masnikoff & Sternberg, P.A. continues to serve South Florida by representing people who get injured while
working.  Over the years, we have represented thousands of individuals who have filed workers compensation
claims, Federal Longshore Lawsuits, and Jones Act Lawsuits.  We have negotiated thousands of settlement
agreements worth millions of dollars.  We have attended thousands of mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and
Trials.
















BIOGRAPHY OF LYLE B. MASNIKOFF

Mr. Masnikoff grew up in Lighthouse Point, Florida.  He graduated high school from Ely High School in 1992.  
In 1995, he graduated Nova Southeastern University with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Accounting.  Mr.
Masnikoff then graduated  and received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University
Shepard Broad Law School in 1998. He graduated in the top ten percent of his class.  For three years, Mr.
Masnikoff worked for a large insurance defense law firm: Kelley, Kronenberg, Gilmartin, Fichtel, and Wander,
P.A.  The Law Offices of Lewen, Reich, & Mancini then recruited Mr. Masnikoff to open an office in West Palm
Beach.  Three years later, Mr. Lewen retired and sold his West Palm Beach and Boca Raton offices to
Masnikoff & Sternberg, P.A.  

Mr. Masnikoff is a member in good standing with the Florida Bar.  He is also admitted to practice law in front of
the Middle and North Districts of the Federal Circuit Courts in Florida.

Mr. Masnikoff began his career as a Contract Advisor (Sports Agent) at Sports Management World Wide, Inc.  
He learned the business from Dr. Lynn Lashbrook, who has represented athletes such as Brian Dawkins (2nd
Round pick) of the Philadelphia Eagles, Mark Fields (1st Round pick) of the New Orleans Saints, Mike
Flanagan (3rd Round pick) of the Green Bay Packers, Matt Moore of the Carolina Panthers, and many more.  
Mr. Masnikoff continues a close relationship with Dr. Lashbrook.  

BIOGRAPHY OF SCOTT J. STERNBERG

Mr. Sternberg was born in Plainview, New York and raised in Boca Raton, Florida. He graduated from Spanish
River High School in 1991. He went on to graduate, cum laude, from Florida Atlantic University in 1995 with a
Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Psychology and Criminal Justice. In 1998, Mr.Sternberg received his Juris
Doctor, magna cum laude,from Stetson University College of Law. Mr. Sternberg was the Local Government
Digest Editor with the Stetson Law Review and finished in the top two percent of his class.

Upon graduating from law school, Mr. Sternberg clerked for the Honorable Howard T. Snyder, United States
Magistrate Judge, Middle District of Florida. He then worked for Carlton, Fields, Emmanuel, Smith &
Cutler,P.A., where he practiced commercial litigation. In 2000, he started with Lewen, Reich & Interdonati
(later changed to Lewen, Reich & Mancini) where he practiced exclusively workers' compensation. When
Lewen, Reich & Mancini dissolved, Mr. Sternberg joined Mr. Masnikoff to establish Masnikoff & Sternberg, P.A.

Mr. Sternberg is a member in good standing with the Florida Bar, Federal Bar and the American Bar
Association. He is also licensed to practice in the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.










Agent Advisor - Bobby Hallback

Mr. Hallback grew up near Clewiston, Florida.  He graduated from Webber International University in 2005 with
a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Sports Management.  After
graduating college, Mr. Hallback became the Recreation and Event Coordinator for the Seminole Tribe of
Florida for Okeechobee, Florida.  He also serves as a Mentor for the youth and local college students.  Mr.
Hallback played collegiate football at Northwood University in Midland, Michigan.    

Mr. Hallback is currently attending graduate school at North Central University.  He became a certified Sports
Agent through Pro Sports Inc.
