LBM All Sports Management, Inc. is owned and operated by attorney Lyle B. Masnikoff.  Mr. Masnikoff and
his law firm have three offices in Florida (West Palm Beach, Orlando, and Fort Lauderdale). Mr. Masnikoff is
certified by the National Football League Players Association (NFLPA), Canadian Football League (CFL),
and United Football League (UFL) as an Agent Advisor.  At the current time, we represent athletes in the
NFL, CFL, and Arena football leagues.  We have undergone extensive background checks with the State of
Florida, NFLPA, and CFLPA.  We also represent minor league baseball players, basketball players, and
golfers.

Based on our education and experiences, LBM All Sports Management, Inc. is prepared to negotiate all
types of player or endorsement contracts.  We are also prepared to proceed with arbitrations or hearings
against Sports Clubs.  LBM provides athletes with a comprehensive package of professional services
including draft preparation, marketing and public relations, playing contract and endorsement negotiations,
career management and financial planning.  At LBM, we take our clients’ careers seriously and are
committed to providing services that allow our athletes to excel on the field while we focus on the off-the-
field issues they will face.    

Mr. Masnikoff has been practicing law in the State of Florida since 1998.  Mr. Masnikoff also has his own law
firm, Lyle B. Masnikoff & Associates, P.A.  The firm has two full-time attorneys.  Our staff is multi-lingual in
Spanish, Creole, French, and Portuguese.  Lyle B. Masnikoff and Associates, P.A. continues to serve
Florida by representing people who get injured while working.  Over the years, we have represented
thousands of individuals who have filed workers compensation claims, employment claims, and Social
Security claims.  We have negotiated thousands of settlement agreements worth millions of dollars.  We
also have attended thousands of mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and Trials.


BIOGRAPHY OF LYLE B. MASNIKOFF

Mr. Masnikoff grew up in Lighthouse Point, Florida.  He graduated high school from Ely High School in
1992.  In 1995, he graduated Nova Southeastern University with a Bachelors of Science Degree in
Accounting.  Mr. Masnikoff then graduated  and received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Nova
Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law School in 1998. He graduated in the top ten percent of his
class.  For three years, Mr. Masnikoff worked for a large insurance defense law firm: Kelley, Kronenberg,
Gilmartin, Fichtel, and Wander, P.A.  The Law Offices of Lewen, Reich, & Mancini then recruited Mr.
Masnikoff to open an office in West Palm Beach.  In November, 2004, Mr. Lewen retired and sold his West
Palm Beach and Boca Raton offices to Masnikoff & Sternberg, P.A.  After five years as a partner, Mr.
Masnikoff opened his own law firm, Lyle B. Masnikoff and Associates, P.A.    

Mr. Masnikoff is a member in good standing with the Florida Bar.  He is also admitted to practice law in front
of the Middle and North Districts of the Federal Circuit Courts in Florida.

Mr. Masnikoff began his career as a Contract Advisor (Sports Agent) at Sports Management World Wide,
Inc.  He learned the business from Dr. Lynn Lashbrook, who has represented athletes such as Brian
Dawkins (2nd Round pick) of the Philadelphia Eagles, Mark Fields (1st Round pick) of the New Orleans
Saints, Mike Flanagan (3rd Round pick) of the Green Bay Packers, Matt Moore of the Carolina Panthers,
and many more.  

After becoming certified by the NFL Players Association (NFLPA) as an Agent Advisor, Mr. Masnikoff
teamed up to opened M&S All Sports Management, Inc.  After five years as a partner, Mr. Masnikoff opened
his own Sports Agency, LBM All Sports Management, Inc.  Mr. Masnikoff has developed relationships with
each NFL team and is extremely aggressive in providing opportunities for our clients to reach the NFL.  


BIOGRAPHY OF TERRENCE WILLIAMS












Mr. Williams grew up in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.  He graduated from Stranahan High School in 1999.  In
2005, he graduated from Edward Waters College with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration.  Mr.
Williams is a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc Gamma Pi Chapter in Jacksonville, Florida.  

Mr. Williams began his career as a Contract Advisor (Sports Agent) at Sports Management World Wide,

Mr. Williams has represented many football and basketball players including Wide Receiver Todd Devoe
who played for the Baltimore Ravens and Denver Broncos.  As your agent, Mr. Williams will set out to
establish a professional as well as a personal relationship with his friend (client), which will allow him to
maintain a solid foundation, giving him the ability to offer such services as financial, and post-career
